Who is PHP? Pets Helping People, a nonprofit, trains compassionate owners and their big-hearted dogs to bring joy and inspiration for more than 8,000 people annually in Southeastern Wisconsin. Since 1998, we’ve trained more than 800 handler/pet teams. Our teams partner with organizations who care to do more for the people they serve. Our partners believe, as we do, in the healing power of a cold nose and a wagging tail.
